Grover Beach, California

A small Central Coast city next to Pismo Beach, with dune access for vehicles.

It was called Grover City until 1992.
The Oceano Dunes, the only California beach where street-legal vehicles may drive, are adjacent.
The town was founded in 1887 by Dwight Grover.
